Jersey Giant Pullet or Cockerel?

This is Jeepers Cheepers...noisiest little thing and terrified of everything when it was smaller! Jeepers is 15-16 weeks old, and was raised by our broody hen in the run with the flock. I know the breed is a blue Jersey Giant, but I’m curious about gender. He/she is supposed to be a pullet, but I’m seeing some curving feathers in the tail that have me concerned....
For anyone who answered “cockerel,” I thought you might want to know that you were correct. 😃 This is Jeepers at 5 months old. He still hasn’t crowed. He’s a big scaredy-chicken. Although he has quite the imposing stare, I don’t think he knows he’s a rooster...which has its good and bad points. The ladies know he’s a roo, so they follow him around. He just seems to be confused by the fact the hens that used to be so mean to him now follow him everywhere. 🤣

Jersey Giants are very slow to mature. I'm sure he will catch on and be very happy that he's a boy in a few months.
