no i ordered her sexed from hatchery so she is most likely hen but im just want to make sure. she is 1 week old

If you ordered her sexed from a hatchery, then she is probably a She!

these chicks are huge! I am just hatching my first Jersey Giants from my own eggs. Holy cow, they are huge!

Half way through this weekend's hatch .... on their way to the big brooder ...

Just about finished with this weekend's hatch. I have about 8 more still in the bator. Here they are ....

Kathy, what a great hatch you got there! Yes they are chubs, and the egg shells are rock hard (healthy). Mine are all adorable.

How many did I hatch? Hmmmm, good question!

Let me tell you .... I did eveything wrong .... and they just kept on hatching! First off, I had too many eggs to fit in the hatchers (2 HovaBators). Sooooo, I stacked them! Then, I had to keep opening the bators, to remove egg shells and hatchlings. I opened it a gazillion times! The humidity was extremely high, due to the chicks hatching. I had been working outside, and everytime I came in, I would check. Each time, more chicks!! I just can't believe this hatch.
