you make it look easy Tara. I'm thinking Lacey is so easy going maybe even I could raise her. I have really fallen in love with her. Emmy needs an experienced CD person., who loves challenges.

My two LGD boys are not getting along too well. They seem constantly "on guard" around each other and there have been a few fights, although no injuries. Any suggestions?

I'm not certain but, I think people use a male and a female (spayed).

I'm not sure how to help them, Wisher, but it seems to me that your boys are having to sort out who's "top dog." I mean, obviously, you are the alpha, but they still have to decide which of them outranks the other. The Biscuit was the "dog in possession," but Buddy is more mature; it makes things a bit complicated.

You are both correct. I was just hoping Tara might have some suggestions for me. I know they have to work it out and that the fights being more sound and show than serious damage is a good sign. They could co-exist from now own the way it is now, I just hate that home life is stressful instead of relaxing for them. I was really excited when they seemed to play and bond the first few days together and now I'm disappointed that they are cool to one another.

Not that I'm a dog person, but I think that time will work in your favor with this. They do like each other a bit, and are not out for blood, so just wait?
