If she wants to truly keep her children out of day care, then she will negotiate that price with you, providing food or not. She isn't providing the clean up time YOU will be providing, nor fixing everything for the kids, and if you are doing laundry and light housekeeping, come on, tht is worth another $40 a week on top of the $200 . . .infant care here in our rural area is well over $100 a week now, and toddlers run about $90-$110 depending upon which daycare they use, so $200 a week is a bargain . . . I would ask her for at least $240 to cover your gas, as well as have them reimburse you for any extra trips, unless they have a family van they would let you use. . .which would be ideal, as less wear and tear on your car. . .good luck!!!
