Okay I'm kinda panicking that all the other eggs are dead except 1, I can see one trying to internally pip and it's been trying to since last night. What do I do?

Yeah day 21, the humidity has been on the low side like 20-30% because it was keeping the temperature more stable that way. I bumped it to 60% yesterday while the chick was hatching
