Oh PLEASE!!!! This looks like an article in the making! PLEASE tell us how you did this!
Well seems a bit strange using a frying pan but quite easy really if you don't have your own incubator.
You get a frying pan that has a dial to adjust the temperature, put the right sized dish of water in the bottom of it, put flyscreen wire over the top of the frying pan (that way water can still be poured through to top up the dish) use some sort of thermometer and something to read the humidity so you know you've got it right, then find the spot on the dial of the pan that is just right for the temperature, let it stabilise for a day or two, then place your eggs in :)
It can be a little fiddle to get right at the start.
If I'm only putting a few eggs in, I'll put them on their side in little circles of cuboard and turn them individually. If I've got a lot of eggs in I put them in cartoons and wedge up one side to turn them each time
