Hello! I'm Alexandra, or MilieBantam, whatever works for me! I'm 15 and currently live with my family and 19 chickens, all of whom I love very much. We have an elderly dog named Oz, who's a big sweetheart, too.
My family calls me chicken obsessed, but kissing each of my lovely hens on the head to bed every night is normal... Right? I mean.. It's not like they obsessively follow me around everywhere because I sneak them a couple mealworms every now and then...
So... That's me. Hello!

Hi Alexandra, Welcome to BYC. I do remember reading an article about "why you shouldn't kiss your chickens". I've always resisted the temptation. I've got a couple of sweetie pies!

I always kissed my dogs on the muzzle (used to have a kennel), it embarassed my stud dog and he would turn his face away . I think he didn't like people breath, or maybe just mine.
