Joined to find advice/tips on getting a necklace out of my chickens insides :(

I was thinking the same thing, Sister, Boyfriend??? It would be better than giving it to a stranger and if you are concerned about the care they would give it you would not know what kind of care a stranger would give it anyways. Did any of the necklace ever come out? I am so sorry for this whole situation you are in.

My mom ended up giving her to her friend. Last time I visited she was in horrible condition, flies all over her, black spots on her red comb due to the other flocks, poop from all the chickens all over her, she lost a lot of weight and it was clear she wasn’t eating nor drinking. Her water was extreamly dirty. Her home conditions were extreamly sad, but I did end up moving out. Me and my mom got into an argument and she ended up getting physical on me. I got scared and left. This was a few weeks ago, so we are in good terms now, but I did move out and in with my boyfriend sometimes it’s a pain because he’s extreamly rude and I am struggling financially. I need to pay someone back 1,250 and I don’t have that kind of money. I made a go fund me but everyone thinks it’s a scam

I personally don’t think the necklace ever came out. My mom gave her away to her very old friend and the chicken is unfortunately in horrible condition. I moved out, she never let me have a do or say in the chicken and we got into a whole argument which she indeed got physical with me. That argument made me move out, but last time I visited the chicken she was in horrible condition. I can’t do anything about the chicken, at least I can say I tried. I still pray for her ❤️

Update for everyone who has been wondering… sadly, today my chicken has passed. Want to thank everyone on this thread for your time on all the advice given to me to help my chicken. She is in a better place now ❤️💔
