Joint Issues

I have eight 3 weeks old brahmas that appear to be developing swollen joins on their legs and some are developing a limp. All the chicks are constantly stretching their legs backwards as if there legs are hurting. I had one chick that got really bad and couldn't walk on its one leg anymore so I had to dispatch it. Any ideas as to what is going on with them?

Possible nutritional deficit causing slipped tendons. What are they eating and what is the expiration date on the feed sack? I would add Poultry Cell to their water. You can find it on Amazon.
