Julian Mini Pigs

I defy you to not find these things adorable. My boy wants a pig but I don't want a big one that can tear up my fence. Then I found some of these on Craig's List so I started reading about them and found this.....

They're cute, good conformation compared to most minipigs, but I thought for pigs that can't rip everything up you need snub-nosed or pug-faced ones. (?) I don't know that much about pigs, lol...

I forgot to ask if anyone has these and can give some insight as to their adult personalities. Do they do well in the cold? Even though I could build it its own little pen with a dog house to go into, it would still be living outside so I would have to be sure they do ok.
