No we only got the one little sweetheart. I think it is going to be a spoiled little chick. I do have more eggs in the incubator but they are not due for a couple more weeks.
I am sad for the little chick lives that did not make it. I had a lot that quit along the way. I put 4 into the incubator that I was sure had live chicks in them, I even saw them moving. But they did not even internally pip. I did dry incubation for the first 18 days and then upped it to 65% on lockdown. I did learn a lot though.
Here is what I am doing different this time:
I am only candling on day 7, 14 and 18 when going into lockdown.
I wash my hands and use antibact solution before touching the eggs.
I am going to try hatching in egg cartons this time. I wonder if the eggs going from egg turners to laying flat and lower down hurt them.
I am still using shipped eggs because I have no choice. If I can just get a few of the breeds that I want then next year I will use my own eggs. i know hatching rate is way lower with shipped eggs.
Here is our little cutie pie on his second day. He is even a little fluffier today.

That's a very, very cute chick, and It proves you can do it! Keep at it. Crank them babies out! Don't get discouraged. I love dry incubation, but where you live it might require more moisture, keep at it. You'll find what works for you.
:]
Thank you! I will keep trying. I hate it when I feel like something has kicked my butt. It just makes me want to try harder until I have accomplished it.
Our little chick is so tame! He just jumps on your hand and stands there. So cute.
