Couldn't find a thread for this, so I started one. Hope that's ok.
I have eggs in the bator due 6th of July. 11 bronze turkey, 3 wild pheasant and 22 chicken (faverolles, new hampshire, wyandotte and mutts). I candled today (well, the turkeys anyway, the chicken eggs aren't really ready yet) and found nine living turkeys and two likely duds. A lot of chicken eggs showed life too. So far only one pheasant egg looks good, but hard to tell with the dark shells.
I also have 14 mutt eggs under two broodies due June 30th or July 1st.
