Jumbo Browns Eggs do not fit in quail racks

Hi to all,new quail rancher here.I am just about to start raising jumbo browns.I have read a few places that jumbo brown eggs do not fit in quail racks.If this is true,what can I do to overcome this problem?

I recently asked the same thing. I bought the GQF cartons and they are too small. Only my small eggs I get from a couple of my little red hens really fit in them. The lids don't close with big eggs in them.

These are what I bought so don't get them.

I use the brinsea Eco 20. It has metal rails that the eggs sit between that are adjustable to any size egg.

If you don't mind me asking whereabouts do you live in Arizona? I am in southwestern colorado, near mesa verde, and would be interested in future bird swapping if your close enough and interested. It doesnt seem like many people have quail around here.

I live right in the middle of Arizona,Camp Verde. I wish we were closer to swap males.I can`t find anyone around here that raises quail either.

When I find cartons that work I'll post which ones I use.

I guess quail must not be very popular in the southwest. I am looking for golden pheasants for the spring and nobody has those either. I found a hunting place close that has chukar and ringnecks but that's it.
