Jumbo Pekin Dingle sticking out and won't retract

Hi my names Duke, I am a jumbo Peking with an obvious problem. It won't retract! I heard prep H will help and so will trimming. I do not like the trimming idea! Well it's out there and the girls are looking at me funny. Can any body help ,Please I am the oldest and most respected breeder somebody .anybody Help!!
