JUNE EGG SWAP . . . . New Idea for the Summer - Please read post #76!

I hope I can get in on some of these again.

First my car was gone forever in the shop, now I have broodies all over the place and for some reason my FBCMs can't seem to keep their eggs in the boxes or smash them. I'm getting tired of tossing out cracked or broken brown eggs. Stupid birds! They really need to shape up. I have a side swap that I haven't been able to finish. Reason at the time was my car.

I wanna swap sooooo bad

I think the zones are different depending on the starting location. Say, for me to send eggs to a friend in FL, she would be in zone 5, but if she were to send eggs to me, I would be in zone 5. Now obviously, we can't both be in zone 5, or the shipping would be minimal. Likewise, if I were to send eggs to a friend in LA, he would be in zone 4. But if my friend in FL were to send eggs to my friend in LA, he would be in zone 5.

Well that's making it pretty confusing!

I'm in the predator zone! Just had two speckled Sussex pullets killed and eaten by Black Vultures in broad daylight! They were only about 6 feet from the chicken tractor . I am so upset, they were such sweeties.
