Well, I've got one egg left with an internal pip that hasn't progressed in two days. I have made a safety hole. We shall see what happens. I fear the other 5 are dead in shell. Gahhhhhh

To be perfectly clear, I don't think it's been internally pipped for the entirety of the last two days. But it's been two days since the first one hatched, and today this one is cheeping in there.

Haha mine aren't sure for a few days. I dreamed they all hatched early. I woke up excited then remembered it was a dream.

There were 11 broilers left and the kid kept playing Let's Make A Deal with me and they went from $2.39 down to $1 each if I took them all, what was I supposed to do???

Still no babies lol. I'm trying to be patient. When I took a look they're all still moving and peeping. I did make a safety hole in the one who had not pip'd yet and they look okay to my totally inexperienced newbie eyes. My poor iPad is tired from running on a time lapse video since last night lol. Trying to get it on video for my friends daughter.

This is Pip our sole incubator chick. She is a cry baby! Here she is checking out the video baby monitor that is so we can keep an eye on the chicks hatched in the coop. Called a couple local supply places no one has chicks. Also this morning the hens were encouraging the youngest 3 chicks to adventure outside the coop so I am very doubtful/unwilling to try and sneak Pip in to the coop at night. (Last night she wasn't dried and fluffy until after 2 am!
Did message a friend of a friend to see if she could spare a couple from her hatch on fathers day.
