Yes I feel like @CluckNDoodle and I discussed that last year? Ive hatched a few different lines of Legbars and I’ve had quite a few early.

at first I thought it was a temperature possibility because Legbars were my first breed to hatch, even with a calibrated thermometer and reliable brinsea incubator they came early. But eggs incubated together usually hatch within 24 hours and I’ve since had multiple mixed breed hatches where many Legbars are out and done on day 20 and other breeds don’t start pipping for 24 hours or more in the same incubator.

Two more have joined the gang. The first one still hasn't made any more progress beyond that first hole although I can tell it's breathing. Three out, nine still to go, (about half with pips,) one of the original 13 eggs culled at day 18 as it candled mostly clear.

Like angus or jersey calves. Haha. Some of them just seem to be genetically in a hurry all the time. xD

Yep! When I hatched Legbars and Marans together it was almost like a staggered hatch. Early Legbars and slow poke Marans. Lol

Baby #2 I have no clue what breeds I hatching at all. This cutie is all black with yellow wing tips.
