i have 3 new babies at least so far! All three are black like their BCM daddy. Trying not to bug mamma, I had tomorrow down as hatch day, so patiently waiting....

I forgot to update on my original post, lol. I'm on day 20 on 29 eggs and day 18 on 10 eggs. I have 6 or seven pips as of this afternoon!

Well its a no go. My first hatch and no luck. 3 eggs to hatch down, there was the one that pipped on day21 in the wrong spot and the remaining 2 did nothing. boohoo.
Have to wait and see what the next set does. Lockdown on sat?

My next set EHD June 19 are more ss, couple RIR, 1 australorp.

Another set EHD June 29 are turkens and a couple of mixes.

Another set to hatch in July are Heritage Delaware, then following that will be RIR/ Red Sex Link.

Im seriously thinking of selling my hovabator and getting the Brinsea eco 20, but I wont be able to fit all my eggs in just 1.

It is day 4 and I just candled my eggs. 14 out if the 21 definitely have embryos in them. Yay!

I have eight chicks hatched so far.

None seem to be pure, except one suspected faverolles. It has a spot on its head though. More are to come!

Set my eggs at 10:20 on 5/20. Had 5 pips as of last night. Seems to be running a day early? Oh well, just happy that I'm doing better than last hatch!
