June Online Hatching Egg Swap Closed Addresses sent

I am just sickened. My main incubator was up to 115 degrees. I couldn't figure out why 2 Guinea keets died while hatching. I'll give them a few days then candle. The main eggs I'm sick about:
Swap eggs from FB being locked down
MF Leghorn from Cheryl Cohen
SPPR from Cheryl Cohen
Coronation Sussex. From the Pres of the Sussex Assoc
Silver Sussex From the Pres of the Sussex Assoc
SQ Salomn Favs
Mahogany Favs
Pumpkin Crele Game and Quail from the Mary Ruth
Tons of my eggs (some were for an order)
And the first Sizzles from my Pullet and White Silkie cockeral I hatched from Marie's eggs.

I unplugged the dang thing and plugged it back in and it worked fine. UGH.

I had this happen once and some of the eggs did hatch fine once I fixed the temp. but a lot were no good. I feel your pain

I'm so sorry this happened. Maybe it wasn't that high for that long and many survived

I lost many eggs last week because of no power for 8 hours (I wasn't home for the first part of the outage) and I had a bunch of Dorking and Dominiques that died in lockdown because of it. It is such a sickening feeling. I'm hoping the best for you!

Jim I am so sorry that has happened. Mine did that once too, spiking to 115. I did still get a few babies so maybe you caught it in time to save some. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Thanks everybody. I did get my eggs from Brown Chicka Brown Cow yesterday. They were in the incubator for a few hours prior to the spike.

Now I really need to sell some eggs so I can buy a better/new thermostat/thermostat switch.

I got my eggs from mrsmooncat. Thank you for all the eggs! How did you know I needed more of the BBS cochins than anything else?. Lol

You are going to laugh at me I found 3 more blue Andy's in with the silkies and Seramas. Each one is a different color and I have a silkie to match each one, I was beginning to think I had double vision.

I am glad they arrived safely. They got there quick! I think I may just start doing all of my shipping on Friday and Saturdays. Three of my four boxes left here Friday afternoon and arrived on Monday clear across the country!

That's funny about the Andys hiding with the little ones. They do a good job of blending - I mixed mine up with my Sumatras once. The hatch rates on the Andalusians have been fantastic this year, I just had a 100% hatch of 12 of them I also have 6 Seramas and 2 Mille Fleur D'uccles of yours from this last hatch. Two are Stanleys? I am in love with them all, they are adorable.
