I got my eggs from KI4got today! What are they? Little tiny white eggs! All arrived safe, although, I had my doubts when I saw the condition the box was in! Thank you!

yikes! glad they got there ok tho.

yeah they're smallish eggs... they're silver grey dorkings. not really known for their eggs, but oh-so-wonderful meat qualities. and personality too IMO. they rival my cochins in personality. also awesome broodies. i've got one girl awol at the moment. i'm not worrying as hard now, she was out scrounging around when hubby got up and let everyone else out. and i did a head count last night that was minus 1 (still).
I only noticed one missing last week when we had possum problems. popped the possum (with 11 bonus babies

) and did a head count the next morning. lost one the same night as the possum, and another the next day (she got bit. noticed her gimping around and caught her easily. she smelled BAD! even before she died, and i found punctures on her upper leg). only had 8 girls, it's not like i could spare a few! but i do have several pullets growing out, so

nobody gets them.

and yeah, i hate possums. i'll kill all that i can find if they're near my animals.
