Okay... here's an update, no pics but I'll try to get new ones soon. Their size hasn't got a whole lot bigger but the Mr. now has bright red feathers coming out on his back, his tail feathers are black with purple and green iridescent (sp?) in them with the purple and green also showing up under the red on his back. Mrs. has pretty much remained the same in color. The legs are still kind of a funky grey/green color.

I came to this forum late...how did they turn out? My guess is Red Jungle Fowl or a close mix of RJF with something else. Was I right?

The kinda look like Old English Game Bantams but both with female plumage... puzzling

They are some kind of game chicken. Could very well be jungle fowl. If they are they are very good to have around. They are good at taking care of themselves. They should be kept seperate from the other chickens because they do not get aalong well with others and the rooster will fight to the death. The rooster will turn out to be very colorful and proud. They will draw more attention than others from visitors, since they are very good looking. Don't breed them with other chickens. The chicks from these two will sell easily.
