yep, with ceylons and greens, frostbite would be the least of your worries, they'd just be outright dead before it got that cold.
Even folks here in the south have to protect them both from chilly weather, muchless frostbite conditions.
 
yep, that and their low production numbers are why they cost so darn much, the care level for them is too much for most people to deal with.
In your winters, they would have to be kept in a totally heated barn or pen. 30 is all it takes a lot of the time to do them in.

Greens and ceylons have very very very bad issues with cold greens have reported cases of death if it gets to cold because they are from tropical regions but reds and greasy should be ok I have seen ceylons and greens run that too I have seen ceylons run 150 though maybe mixed though
 
Now, I will figure out how to get some pics of my reds up. They are stunning, but they have frostbite, since who I got them from told me not to worry about it.
