How can I get off the Back Yard Chicken junk mail list?

Under you preferences, you can choose how much they contact you.

You can also unsubscribe to the newsletter using the link at the bottom.

I am just not seeing the link at the bottom or the preferences.

Top right corner of the screen, in the brown header you will see "My Profile" click on that. Once in your profile look on the right, next to Public Messages, you will see "Edit Account Details". Go in there, scroll down to "Email Preferences". Untick the boxes.
