Just a Bird?

I just came upon this while reading some older posts and it really touched my heart. What a beautiful way to express the attachment we have to these lovely creatures.

In times of sadness, dispare, and so scared, "just a bird" made my wife smile. "just a bird" was her cure for the fight. The fight for her life. Cancer surviver turned bird lover/rescuer

I say, of someone tells you it's "just a bird" share with them the joy you feel and just give them "the Bird"

I'm glad this has re-surfaced here because i never saw it. This is so great. I have so many who could never understand.....and i feel sorry for those people.
