That happened to me with Gurney's nursery. I picked out some trees, put them in the shopping cart to check shipping charges, too much so I left. Not logged in, just checking.
So both sets of trees come, and they said on a card that there was a problem with my charge card.....No kidding? I never gave it to you, cause I never ordered.
I cornered their customer service rep, how did you know where to send it, I wasn't logged in, and do not have an account with them. When she couldn't answer, the conversation was over.
I often visit websites and put items in a cart, to check shipping. It would be so much easier if they would total as you go. Some sites do, and it is a nice feature.
So I have cherry trees I did not order, but I am going to pay for them. Just not all at once, over a few months. Even if it was their fault, I will pay them.
