Just a little onion is okay, right?

I have some leftover roasted potatoes that I'd like to give the chooks.
I roasted them, along with the meat, in lipton onion soup mix.
Just a little onion will be okay won't it?
I have this mental block against feeding onions to animals.

If they don't like it, they won't eat it. That's what I've found with my chickens. If there is too much onion stuff in with the potatoes, I would just rinse them off.

It's good to be cautious.

Thanks Luna. I hadn't thought about rinsing the potatoes off. Guess that's what I keep you around for - to do my thinking for me.
