Just a slow duck egg??

It finally hatched today!! I missed it because I was gone most of the day, but when I got home I was happy to see it was out! This morning there was still only the same little hole that I discovered Saturday morning. That had me a little worried, but I guess it just wanted to take it's sweet time. Day 33...does anyone have any guess as to what kind of duck it is??

Can a duck stay in the incubator for 24 hours like a chick? It is a preset one, runs at about 100 degrees. I don't want to go to bed and leave it in there if it's too hot for it. Its feathers have fluffed out a lot, but it's not completely dry. I have the brooder box ready, is it better to go ahead and move it?
