Just added a new turkey, eeeeek

i just introduced a turkey to my two prior turkeys. All around the same age.
I have one tom and now 2 hens.
The original tom and hen are beating her up. How long will this pecking order establishment last???
Is it normal for a tom to pick on a new hen??

I have two Narragansett's and now a Black Spanish/Royal Palm cross.
They are all about 3 months old.
Rita is a cute name!
Mine are Otis, Gussy, and Buella.
They're turkeys so gotta have some good redneck names, lol.
