Just added ducks to our flock

Just added 2 ducks to our flock and brought home some new chicks too. Not familiar at all with ducks, so this will be an adventure.
Attached are some admittedly poor pics, but if anyone can advise on what breed of ducks these are and if they are drakes or hens that would be greatly appreciated. I've tried listening for a quack, but these old ears do not hear too well.
On a side note still need to figure out how to adjust the ramp. They don't like going into the coop (can but won't)

For some reason ducks just do not like ramps. They are still too young for gender ID on physical characteristics. Good luck with the new additions.

Update... we do have one of the two ducks using the ramp. 2nd duck will come down the ramp but only up 1 step then jumps off. Still looking for breed identification if anyone cares to take a stab at it. Based on voice my daughter says we have 1 drake and 1 hen, but time will tell. No curly feathers yet.

And I made a little mini pond out of an old tote from work. They seem to like it, but it does take up a little run space

I have a ramp on my duck house that they use just fine! Just attach a bit of old carpet or something they can grip on.

I like your creativity with the "pond." Looks like they're enjoying it!

As for breed, they look like Khaki Campbells to me. Gorgeous with those new feathers filling in

The ramp looks too steep for ducks. Chickens like a steep ramp but little clumsy duckie need a more casual rise.

So far emptying it with a bucket, thinking of digging a trench underneath and adding a drain line and valve though.. That bucket thing is a pain
