Just an insurance rant... almost 2 yrs ago we had an accident

I still got more than I would have even after the attorneys part if I had not used an attorney.

Bingo! After getting jerked around by American Family after some idiot smashed in to me, I will just call an attorney next time. I actually don't care if I get less. I just want it to cost the insurance company MORE. Jerks!!​

A: we could really use the $$ (as a deer just hit our same stupid van and our deductible is $1000 on the policy ugh)..
B: It would settle it all and be done with
C: The $1750 may be more than what we "netted" if our gross was $3892 (memory w/o looking at OP)

soo...I think I'll call and say I'll take $2k anything less than that I'll just contact my attorney and let him file before the
statute comes about..
