Just bad luck?

Hi I am new to the forum but not to chickens. Does this look like it’s a roo? I have Black Jersey Giants and they were supposed to be all pullets and one was a roo. Bought 4 Light Brahma pullets and looks like fate struck twice?

Not certain about the middle bird in the first picture, but the other looks like a cockerel.

Yes middle bird is a hen just circled her to show the differences. I didn’t want another roo. Oh well. Lol it’s life.
