I would add a window for more natural light for them. And probably cover the run for additional protection. Then paint it bright pink!!!

I will add to the comment that chicken wire is only good for keeping chickens in. Burying it will help for keeping digging predators out (until it rusts away) but I've had raccoons rip through it above ground. There is little that a raccoon won't try for a delicious chicken dinner, including reaching through to snag a bird too close to the wire.

I think one thing you will notice with folks here is that they are always adapting. Start with what you have, then as you get ideas you make changes, add on, redo. That's what makes this fun, trying to make things better for your flock. Keeps the interest level up. You have a great start, just keep making things better.
