,that way I know what it ate and that it had a good life .The young ones where great but the older ones where a bit tough but I am sure that that was due to the cooking method i used I cooked the other 4 tonight I stuffed them and then wrapped them in bacon then through them on the charcoal grill and finnaly i smoked them cant wait to try it

That's good to see youngsters getting into birds.We need the new generations to carry on raising and enjoying bird life.
