Just confirming is this bumble foot ?

So I’ve been treating this bumps on Gunthers foot this past week it looks like bumble foot but I can’t peel the scab so just confirming is this bumble foot ? I put 3 different angles just for reference

It doesn't quite look like a bumble to me but I'm not experienced with duck feet, let me see what I can find out.
