Just culled mean hen

Hey,

I just culled a mean ee. And don't want her to go to waste. I have culled a pullet before but never a full grown hen. The pullet i culled with a axe, but a shot the hen with a pellet gun (Will Never do that again axes work alot better).

I have her body out in the chicken yard right now. And am planing on cleaning her but don't really know what to do first. I know you have to drain the blood, then pluck them but I don't know much about what happens after that. Can you dry pluck them?

Just skin it, unless you want a whole chicken.
