Just finished cooler hatcher.......temp check please help

Ok I just finished making a full size cooler hatcher and it is kicking on at 98.9 and off at 101.6. Is this safe for hatching eggs and this is where the eggs will be and pretty much just hatching...lockdown.....please let me know what you think of the temp variation or should i tweak a little more.

Looks good to me!!! Remember that with lockdown you need higher humidity and that causes a temp drop. At least as far as I have experienced.

Humidity is 70 %...think that is good...
