I don't know--it's got a decent amount of wattle to not* make me want to say pullet right away. What does the comb look like without the crest in the way? From here it looks pretty flat. I think you've got a pullockerel.

Very flat comb. She’s doing nothing to indicate Roo but we thought it’d be fun to see others guesses.
