itsibitismi - I'd love to see some picts of your GLWs. If you're planning to have any little ones in the spring, I might be interested. Since this is my first winter with chickens, I'm holding off adding any more complications until we make it through to Spring. Drafts/ventilation, freezing water, no greens, etc is enough to worry over for now - lol.

Soon to be adding 2 black Jersey Giant mix girls!! They're already grown so we'll have to go through all the 'pecking order' drama...

My EE is laying the darkest brown eggs of my narrow little range of browns so I'm playing with the idea of trying to hatch out a couple from her. With her med/dark brown eggs and unknown background - mixed with my BCM roo... who knows what might turn out!
with my luck - it will be all roos that are exact copies of each other....
