im getting fifteen new chicks the week of February 26! I wondered if anybody had some good names. Breeds:
-Golden and silver laced Wyandottes
-Mille Fleur d’uccle bantams
-Speckled Sussex
-Barred rock
-Easter eggers
Anything will work! Be funny if you like!

My son wanted to name all of our chickens, chicken. So I gave them all food dish last names

I recommend going with a theme.

For example, all my girls have been named after female singers.

May be pick something you are in to and name them along those lines; sports, music, movies, books, TV series, food etc etc

Or, try to come up with names from the letters used to create the breed name.

We currently have 8 hens. Reba, Rufus, Henry, Rock, Lamb Chop, and we call the Easter Egger's all MJ after my Mom at her request.
