We bought 4 buff pullets, we thought and have found out 2 are roosters, possibly 3. They are 17 weeks old.

So, that leaves us with only 1 girl, possibly 2. We will buy more pullets very soon.

Is is possible to have a seperate coop for the 2 roosters? Would they do o.k. living together just the two of them, they have grown up together. Would they get too longely.

Thank you for any help with this.

They may fight. Are you going to need the eggs fertilized? If so, you'll need one rooster for the hens. If not, you might be better off butchering them.

How come you want to keep the guy separate? I dont know how many chickens you want to end up with but if you are keeping the 2 cockerels and getting more pullets you might as well just keep em together....in the end all of em will be happier.
