Just getting started, an idea I would like some thoughts on.

Looks great! You are on the right path to Happy Healthy Chickens!!
When putting the hardware cloth on use washers and screws because Those Raccoons can pull nails and staples out!

The shed looks perfect for a coop, with some modifications. Like others have said, ventilation is very important. A poop board under the roost will help keep things easier to clean. Also, you want the roost higher than the nesting boxes so that they won't roost in those.

One thing you might want to think about is a wall inside your coop to give you your own area. Just something simple with door to access the chicken side, you can use chicken wire for it instead of something stronger because it will be in an already secured area. Just remember, the 4 sq. ft. per chicken is the minimum, more is better.

Photo of ventilation in my converted shed all along the roof, under the overhang going all the way around the coop. Covered with screen on the outside, for fly repellent, and covered with hardware cloth on the inside to prevent any nasty chicken killers getting inView attachment 1118349
Love your color scheme!

That shed would make a great coop. Similar to mine: 20170822_165311.jpg i am still working on it, hope to have enough done to put the birds in there in a week or so.
