Just getting started

Howdy, chicken lovers! I'm a brand new aficionado, having split the past month between reading Mr. Ussery's 'Small Scale Poultry Flock' and re-building an old existing hen house on a small farm my wife and I just purchased in the spring. Right now I'm long on interest and extremely short on experience, but I'm ready, willing and able, to change! Please excuse any undo ignorance, I'll strive to get better.
