Just got antibiotics in my chicken's lungs

I just gave my chicken a dose of antibiotic and it got in her lungs. There's a raspy sound when she breathes and she's definitely a little panicky. She sounds very liquidy. The dose was 1 ml, a lot for a bantam chicken. I am not sure how much of it got into her lungs, but she sounds awful. What do I do, hold her upside down?

Yep i would hold her upside down until you see the liquid come out...
