Hi and congrats! I'm new too and we just brought home our flock today, all 5 weeks old and up. I'm sorry I can't offer advice on chicks but I agree with the moderator. Read through some articles and threads in the forums that pertain to what you need. It's a really big help! Glad you're here

Go to the Raising Backyard chickens forum - it will open side tabs(to the right) click on "raising chicks," and go from there.

BYC has a very useful learning center

Try this boil up egg's and remove the shell and mash then serve ...
now the chicks are not going to be able to eat all of the egg so
remove and give to another animal but do not save for them just
make another egg and this will make all the difference in their
health down the road ...
