Just got chucks and one something?

Hi all I've had Chickens for just over a week and they are very interesting for the whole family but I've noticed that my Leghorn has a growth on its comb and I think its spreading

Does anyone know what it is and can I get rid of it.
She is eating, Drinking and laying eggs and appears quite happy.
She is with four other chucks should I remove her from the others.
I have spoken to the farm where I got them from and they said if she laying eggs and eating all should be fine.
Is this right?
Any help I would be glad about.
