I’m afraid something may be wrong with it. Posting a picture. He said the little nodules were from it being pecked. Apparently he covered it in Neosporin because of pasty butt. Obviously I am quarantining this little dude and praying she’s a girl! Any advice on the length of quarantine?
I have two barnyard day old hatch chicks as well as 14 adult hens and a rooster. Thank you for any help!

Is the neck twisted to the side? The blood may attract more pecking. Is that a blister or bug bite on the shoulder? Is the chick with a broody hen or inna brooder with heat?
The neck is fine. I’ve put the chick with a broodie hen and she’s protecting it from me already. The hen and chick are isolated from the other birds. My biggest concern is the blister looking spot. I’ve never seen that sort of injury/bump and it has another one on its bottom under the vent.
