In any dwarf rabbit breed, you will get a certain percentage of "false dwarves", meaning they do not carry the dwarf gene and will, of course, get larger than a dwarf would. That could be the case here, or she could be a cross bred. The ears say Netherland to me, but the head isn't quite as rounded as it should be. The longer nose and the broad back feet suggest she might have something besides Netherland in her.
