Just got my first hens today and "Chicken Math" has already struck!!!

Hello everyone!
New chicken mom here. I just finished my coop build yesterday and got my first chickens today! I wasn't comfortable raising chicks yet, so I messaged a local woman who'd posted about needing to rehome her girls. I asked about her 2 Barred Rocks and 1 Partridge Rock, but after a short conversation with her I ended up adopting those 3 plus 3 Columbian Wyandottes and 3 Aruacanas. (I think they might be Easter Eggers or Ameraucanas, actually, because they aren't rumpless, but I will have to look at some comparison photos to be sure.) She and her husband very kindly gave me a bunch of supplies and some feed to get me started. I'm super excited to get to know these 9 new members of our farm. (We have 6 horses, 3 dogs, 3 house cats and 1 barn cat already.) My profile avatar is of 2 of the CW girls peering out the window at me, probably wondering why I'm standing in the rain, lol!
