I know the picture is too dark but my phone has no flash. Should I just cry toss it in the trash!!! I just hate when I buy stuff on ebay! UPDATE!!!!!! YES, I paid using PayPal .. I sent a message and the picture to the seller meanwhile I wad waiting on her to message me back I was filling a claim with UPS wgen I got. A message from seller! Sge refunded me the whole money back and said she was going to put the claim! Now I need to look for one that will ship fast 30 eggs coming next week!

My hova bator was broken like your when it arrived, the post office handled it too much and it looked as if someone punched it :/ but i put it together with normal school glue and i have had 2 90% hatch rates, so i think its alright (GQF retured 50% of the total cost of the incubator if i would keep it so now i have a $40 incubator that works to a t)

she said that ups wants me to save everything how it was cuz they might come and inspected. Will they take it and toss it? Or will I stay with it.

I had damaged items from UPS before. Take better pictures of the damage. UPS will want the pictures as proof of the damage before they pay the claim. In my experience, they didn't want the damaged items back.

I heard lots of people it could be fixable if I stay with it I will try and get someone to fix it and lend it to my local schools/churches ...
For me I have to buy one asap the eggs will be on my way next week.
