We just got our babies today. So exciting it's our first time and I have learned so much from everyone here and even got to piggy back on the order of another BYC member in our area. People here are the best, thanks Laurie!

2 Buff Rock and 2 Barred Rock. Man are they cute. After a 2.5 hr drive they are home and seem happy, although one is much louder than the rest but seems content.

I have a Barred Rock, LuLu. She is my favorite chicken we own. She is so friendly and curious. She is really good with my two young children. And she's the leader of our small flock! Here's her pic:




Just be sure to handle them regularly while they're chicks and they will be as sweet as my LuLu. Have fun!
